I just wanted to let you know, if it has not already been figured out, which I didn't until I got the book, the reason it only has 2-holes placed in odd spots is because it only measures about 7-1/2"x9" so it actually will fit into a three ring binder for you and the bottom of the book|About the Author|Mike Markel is director of technical communication at Boise State University, where he teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses. The former editor of "IEEE Transactions on Professional Communication," he is the author of numerous articles
